The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a natural antioxidant citron ferment liquid, which comprises the following processes of: (1) cutting the whole citron fruit containing a citron seed in a predetermined size; (2) mixing a citron fragment in the (1) process with unrefined sugar cane raw sugar as a catalyst capable of extracting a nutrient component of the whole citron fruit, wherein in case of necessity, a portion of the unrefined sugar cane raw sugar can be substituted with oligosaccharide; (3) naturally fermenting a mixture in the (2) process in an eco-friendly breathing pottery for a long period of time more than one year; and (4) stably and easily extracting and drinking the whole important nutrient component such as vitamin, mineral, organic acid, or the like of the citron fruit containing a strong antioxidant material such as polyphenol, limonoid, or the like which is an important containing component of a seed that is the most important portion of the citron fruit with an eco-friendly manner.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
