The present invention relates to an apparatus for indirectly utilizing a heat source for a binary power generation system using EGS, which actuates an underground circulation loop (10) to enable continuous utilization of a underground geothermal source, even if glitches occur in first geothermal power generation units (31, 32, 33, 34) on the ground. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: an underground circulation loop (10) circulating artificial geothermal water between a production well and an injection well installed in the ground inside a binary power generation system using EGS; a heat exchanger (20) disposed in one side of the underground circulation loop (10) in parallel to recover geothermal heat as working fluid, where heat exchange with the artificial geothermal water has been made; first geothermal power generation units (31, 32, 33, 34) supplied with the working fluid by the heat exchanger (20) to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy; and a heat storage tank (41) supplied with the working fluid via a separate channel different from a first circulation pipe (33) making flow from the heat exchanger (20) to the first geothermal power generation units (31, 32, 33, 34) to integrate geothermal heat into heat storage fluid which fills the inside thereof, wherein the heat storage tank (41) makes a heat source of the artificial geothermal water integrated into the heat storage fluid. According to the present invention, in the apparatus for indirectly utilizing a heat source for a binary power generation system using EGS, the underground circulation loop (10) can be actuated, thereby enabling continuous utilization of an underground geothermal source, even if glitches occur in first geothermal power generation units (31, 32, 33, 34) on the ground.
