The present invention relates to a method for detecting an antibody against Zika virus and a rapid diagnostic kit for detecting antibody against Zika virus. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for detecting antibody against Zika virus to diagnose infection by Zika virus, and a rapid diagnostic kit for detecting the antibody against Zika virus. By using a monoclonal antibody specific to a non-structural protein 1 and Zika virus envelope, it is possible to quickly and quantitatively detect present of the viral antibody in a biological sample isolated from an individual.
