The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of red pepper paste with mulberry and barley, and the red pepper paste with mulberry and barley prepared thereby. The red pepper paste with mulberry and barley uses rice barley which contains high contents of protein, vitamins, minerals (calcium, phosphorus, iron), essential amino acid, and dietary fibers instead of rice, and a sweet and savory mulberry extract to produce red pepper paste, so as to provide a new flavor and rich nutrients of the red pepper paste with mulberry and barley to consumers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
