The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating a future health progress prediction model based on a similar case cluster and a method thereof. More specifically, by using similar case cluster generated through hierarchical clustering which includes clustering for a target feature and an associated feature associated with the target feature for personal health information, generating a multiple prediction models, and selecting and storing a plurality of prediction models having high accuracy among the generated multiple prediction models, the apparatus for generating a future health progress prediction model can predict a future health progress by performing ensemble with a prediction result for a specific query using the stored multiple prediction models.
