The present invention relates to a system for predicting a future health trend through a predication model based on a similar case cluster and a method thereof, and more particularly, to a system for predicting a future health trend and a method thereof, capable of extracting a multiple association feature similar case cluster matched to a prediction query for the health information of a user through a future value prediction model and a class prediction model for a health characteristic of the similar case cluster generated by circularly clustering a target feature that is a health characteristic for personal health information and association features of the target feature, predicting the future health trend for each association feature using a multi-prediction model based on the corresponding similar case cluster, and outputting a prediction result by performing the ensembling of the prediction result. Accordingly, the present invention can simplify the configuration of the system for predicting a future health trend and quickly and reliably provide the prediction result to the user.
