A dehydrating condensation product of a carboxylic acid (B1) obtained by dehydration condensation of a carboxylic acid having from 10 to 24 carbon atoms and from 3.5 to 20 mass% of a base material (A) or a mixture of the carboxylic acid dehydration condensation product (B1) and a carboxylic acid (B ' B2) in an amount of 34 to 76 mass%, and an amine (C) in an amount of 9 to 39 mass%.
