A virtual reality experiencing device is disclosed. The virtual reality experiencing device comprises: a resistance device; a resistance adjuster configured to adjust a difficulty level of movement of the resistance device based on a resistance value; an actuator configured to move the resistance device in accordance with movement of a user who uses the virtual reality experiencing device; a detector configured to detect the movement of the resistance device moving by movement of the actuator and generate a detection signal; a controller configured to generate user movement information showing movement of the user based on the detection signal and generate the resistance value based on a control signal; and an interface configured to transmit the user movement information to a content executing device and transmit the control signal, transmitted from the content executing device, to the controller. Therefore, the virtual reality experiencing device enables the user to feel like the user does a workout in a real world.
