The present invention provides a wire rope buffering type fixing device for preventing a rockfall. The wire rope buffering type fixing device for preventing a rockfall comprises: a body unit fixated to a slope in which a rockfall prevention net is installed; a first support member rotationally provided in the body unit, and coupled to a wire rope supporting the rockfall prevention net; a second support member rotationally provided in the body unit to be spaced from the first support member, and continuously coupled to the wire rope coupled to the first support member; and an elastic member provided in the body unit to elastically support the first support member and the second support member. Therefore, according to the present invention, the wire rope buffering type fixing device is coupled to bedrock to support wire mesh installed on a slope to prevent rockfall for a load in various directions to be stably supported, wherein the load is applied through the rockfall prevention net.
