The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fermented extract of Cordyceps militaris grown on Rhynchosia nulubilis, and a pharmaceutical composition for fatty liver suppression comprising the same. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention does not show cytotoxicity while increasing the expression of fatty acid oxidized genes, and thus can be usefully used for the purpose of treatment of fatty liver.
