The proposed device relates to the field of metal cutting and can be used in mechanical engineering in the processing of end mills on milling machines with numerical control (CNC) of parts having a small thickness.;A test bench for dampers containing a vibration exciter, an accelerometer, a force sensor measuring the force generated by an oscillator, an analog-to-digital converter, a spectrum analyzer, a power amplifier, an oscillator, a damper mounting device, further contains a resonant beam mounted on the base through a pair of supports and a force sensor mounted between the resonant beam and the damper. In the created stand, the damper mounting device can be made in the form of a vacuum suction cup.;The design of the stand allows you to easily change the characteristics of the resonant beam to simulate the vibrations of various parts when processing them by milling, as well as to fully explore the characteristics of the tested dampers by measuring the forces exerted on the resonant beam from both the exciter and the tested damper.
