FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical obstetrics and anaesthesiology. At the final stage of the surgery, sequential layer-by-layer tissue irrigation is performed with a 0.5% solution of bupivacaine in a total volume of 8.0 ml, including retrouterine space, seam area on the uterus, rectus abdominis and aponeurosis, visceral adipose tissue and subcutaneous fat layer.
