A revision system (100) for revising translated texts (111-11n) that represent respective translations of a same source text by different translators, comprises:- a translation error memory (120) to store translation errors;- a revision module (130) with a search submodule (131) configured to search for the translation errors in a translated text and to identify the translation errors for acceptance or rejection by a revisor, to thereby generate a revised translated text; and- a revised texts memory (140) to store revised translated texts.;The revision module (130) further comprises:- a segmentation submodule (132) to identify segments in the translated text;- a segment matching submodule (133) to determine for a segment in the translated text a match with a corresponding segment in a revised translated text stored in the revised texts memory (140); and- a segment marking submodule (134) to mark the segment (161, 162) in the translated text in view of the match.
