PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for injection molding of a plastic material, always keeping the quantity of water present per volume unit or mass unit of a granular material at a minimum level without creating over-drying, which would cause deterioration in the material, in addition to an expenditure of energy for drying.;SOLUTION: A method of injection molding a plastic material in granular form includes the steps of: a) providing at least one injection molding machine 200; b) providing a dehumidification system; c) setting in an electronic control unit 300 the type of contained plastic material; d) injection molding the plastic material; e) generating a dry air flow through a hopper 10; and f) regulating the flow rate Q of the dry air in proportion to the flow rate m^. of the plastic material processed by the injection machine.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
