To provide an order acceptance management system for confirming the date of delivery of a specific product in real time from an information equipment terminal, and reexamining and setting production planning without delay in accordance with fluctuation of temporary order acceptance.SOLUTION: In an order acceptance management system, an order acceptance management device comprises: a production planning management unit which manages production planning information including the operating state of the production process of each product and the necessary time; a temporary order acceptance management unit which calculates temporary date of delivery based on temporary order acceptance information including a product type, a quantity, a place of delivery and date of delivery inputted from the information equipment terminal, and the production planning information, replies to the information equipment terminal through a network, and updates and temporarily accepts the production planning information; and a formal order acceptance management unit to which formal order acceptance information of a customer is inputted from the information equipment terminal, and when there is the temporary order acceptance information, changes the temporary order acceptance information into the formal order acceptance information, and determines the production planning information while when there is not the temporary order acceptance information, calculates the date of delivery based on the formal order acceptance information and the production planning information, and transmits the date of delivery to the information equipment terminal, and updates the production planning information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
