PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly manage order reception by urging a customer to perform acceptance inspection for an order for which the completion of acceptance inspection is not confirmed.;SOLUTION: An acceptance inspection management information storage means 1e stores acceptance inspection management information indicating whether or not acceptance inspection has been completed by a customer. An extraction means 1a extracts unaccepted subjects whose delivery has been performed to the customer but whose acceptance inspection has not been completed by referring to the acceptance inspection management information stored in the acceptance inspection management information storage means 1e. A transmission means 1b transmits unaccepted subject information indicating the unaccepted subjects extracted by the extraction means 1a to the terminal equipment of the customer who performs the acceptance inspection of the unaccepted subjects. A reception means 1c receives the acceptance inspection management information indicating that the acceptance inspection has been completed by the customer.
