PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a business model for reducing stress on the appetite of a person, labor of a person performing daily cooking, and mental burden in a case in which there is a need for dietary management in a disease, a diet or the like.;SOLUTION: Based on the restriction component information, intake upper limit, preference, sex, residence, age, and occupation, the menu of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a lunch box is selected from the recipe, and the finished photo of the production method, material, quantity, and constituent table is sent to members. For the external food, the users retrieve and use external food stores in which menu component information is registered on a personal computer or a portable terminal.
