To provide a cardiac diagnosis support program, a cardiac diagnosis support method, and a cardiac diagnosis support device, which can easily help the correct diagnosis of the heart reflecting the coronary artery movement, regardless of the individual difference of the examinee.SOLUTION: The system includes: an information acquiring unit 102 for acquiring a three dimensional coronary image, a three dimensional image of the left ventricle, a three dimensional cardiac dynamic nuclear medicine image, and an index value indicative of a localized stenosis state of each coronary artery; a first division processing unit 103 for dividing the three dimensional shape image into a plurality of regions; a second division processing unit 106 for extracting a boundary separating the divided regions and dividing a three dimensional coronary dynamic nuclear medicine image; a CFR calculating unit 107 for calculating the CFR of the subject for each of the divided regions; an index calculating unit 108 for determining an index for deciding a treatment plan on the basis of comparison of the CFR and index value corresponding to the region; and a display processing unit 109 for displaying the index calculated by the index calculating unit 108 on the display unit 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
