NEGATIVE ELECTRODE, HALF SECONDARY CELL, AND SECONDARY CELL

To provide a negative electrode in a secondary cell, of which the capacity is increased.SOLUTION: A negative electrode 200 comprises nonaqueous electrolyte and a negative electrode active material. The reduction decomposition potential of the nonaqueous electrolyte is equal to or lower than a cell reaction potential of the negative electrode active material. The negative electrode 200 is arranged so that the content of the negative electrode active material is 76 wt.% or more in the negative electrode 200. The nonaqueous electrolyte includes a mixture of an ether-based solvent and a solvation electrolyte salt, and a low-viscosity organic solvent. In the negative electrode 200, the percentage of the low-viscosity organic solvent blended to a sum total of the mixture and the low-viscosity organic solvent is smaller than 80 wt.%.
