To provide an auto slack adjuster mounting structure capable of attaching the auto slack adjuster at the predetermined position even if there is an error in the attachment of a bracket to an axle case.SOLUTION: An auto slack adjuster mounting structure comprises: auto slack adjusters (101 and 102); a first bracket 301 attached to an axle case 200; and an almost L-shaped second bracket 400. Among plate-like members 310 and 320 composed of the second bracket 400, the plate-like member 320 extending in a direction parallel to the axial direction of a brake cam shaft 105 is divided into at least the first and second plate-like members 321 and 322; and the first and second plate-like members 321 and 322 are fastened by bolts 321c and 321d through long holes whose longitudinal direction is a direction parallel to the axial direction of the brake cam shaft 105, so that in the state in which the first and second plate-like members 321 and 322 are integrated, the length in the direction parallel to the axial direction of the brake cam shaft 105 is adjustable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
