To provide a transportation means management device, transportation means management system, transportation means management method and transportation means management program that can supply an appropriate amount of transportation with respect to demand.SOLUTION: A transportation means management device 50, which manages a plurality of transportation means 10 respectively according to a transportation mode, includes: a transportation object position acquisition unit that acquires transportation object position information expressing a position of a transportation object T serving an object to be transported by the transportation means 10; a transportation mode decision unit that decides one of a plurality of transportation modes on the basis of the transportation object position information respectively with respect to the plurality of transportation means 10; and a transportation mode instruction unit that instructs the decided transportation mode to each of the plurality of transportation means.
