PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler repair content selection method which can repair a furnace wall so as to possess stable durability, and a boiler repair content selection device.;SOLUTION: A boiler repair content selection method for selecting a repair content of a further wall of a boiler comprises: a first step for calculating a wall thickness or a reduction speed of the wall thickness of an inspection objective point by using an initial value and a measurement value of the wall thickness or a film thickness of the inspection objective point of the furnace wall; a second step for calculating the wall thickness or a prediction value of the wall thickness of the inspection objective point at a time point at which a prescribed time elapses from the acquisition of the measurement value by using the reduction speed; and a third step for selecting the repair content of the inspection objective point on the basis of a result which is obtained by comparing the prediction value and a preset threshold.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
