To perform efficient extraction of feature quantity regarding drawings included in a design document with high accuracy in design review by artificial intelligence and thereby increase the efficiency or quality of design review by a well-informed person.SOLUTION: A design document learning device 100 is constituted to include: a storage device 101 in which a design document file and multiple kinds of algorithms 110-113 for feature quantity extraction; and a computation device 104 for reading the prescribed attribute of data of a drawing included in the design document, selecting an algorithm corresponding to the drawing from among the multiple kinds of algorithms 110-113 depending on whether the attribute relates to a structural drawing that represents relationship between objects in design target or relates to a different kind of drawing than the structural drawing, and executing a feature quantity specifying process based on text included in the data of the drawing by the selected algorithm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
