To check a periphery of a vehicle.SOLUTION: The device comprises a video data acquisition part 42 for acquiring peripheral vide date picked up by each camera, a peripheral information acquisition part 43 for acquiring the peripheral information indicating a status around a vehicle, a vehicle information acquisition part 44 for acquiring the vehicle information including a vehicle speed of the vehicle, a perspective vide generation part 45 for applying view-point conversion processing to the peripheral video, applying synthetic processing around the plural peripheral videos converted in the view point, and a display control part 49 for displaying the perspective video generated by the perspective video generation part 45 on a display panel 31. The display control part 49 displays the perspective video on the display panel 31, when there is an inlet/outlet part in and from which the vehicle can move on the side of the vehicle based on the peripheral information acquired by the peripheral information acquisition part 43 and the vehicle information acquired by the vehicle acquisition part 44, and there is possibility that it becomes difficult to smoothly move into and from the inlet/outlet part of the other vehicle by the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
