PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity report creation system capable of creating an activity report easy-to-comprehend activity of a user.SOLUTION: An activity report creation system in an embodiment, includes: a counter section; a registration section; and a creation section. The counter section counts stay time of a patrolman, who is to patrol plural areas, at an area where the patrolman currently positions. The registration section accumulates and registers the stay time of the patrolman who re-visits an interest area in the plural areas while associating with a re-visit/non-visit to the interest area. The creation section creates an activity report including the re-visit/non-visit to the interest area and the accumulated time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
