PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly manage the state of a user on the basis of detection data of various sensors and appropriately deal with it as needed.;SOLUTION: A mobile information terminal 3 comprises: a display screen 33 for displaying the state of a user corresponding to data related to at least one of biological information, environmental information and operation information of the user which are detected by various sensors 2 provided around the head of the user; and a display control section 34 for executing a control to display an image on the display screen 33. The mobile information terminal 3 is used in a state of being held in a part other than the area around the head of the user.
