PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairdressing agent composition that can make a hair after hairdressing less sticky and stiff and is excellent in properties that puts the hair together, properties that shapes the flow of the hair, and hairdressing holding power.SOLUTION: The hairdressing agent composition of the present invention comprises: (A): 0.25 to 6.0 mass% of particles selected from a group consisting of silica, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, hydroxyapatite, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, calcium silicate, magnesium silicate, aluminum silicate, and magnesium hydroxide; (B1) polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil having an average addition mole number of oxyethylene of 40 to 60; (B2): polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil having an average addition mole number of oxyethylene of 80 to 120; (C): trimethylglycine and/or polyoxypropylene diglyceryl ether; and (D): water; where [(B1)/{(B1)+(B2)}] is 0.10 to 0.90.SELECTED DRAWING: None
