PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such content for making an object person have a motivation by using exercise data of the object person.;SOLUTION: An evaluation device 100 includes an acquisition part 140a, an extraction part 140b, and an output part 140c. The acquisition part 140a acquires measurement data obtained by measuring a state of user's exercise by using a sensor. The extraction part 140b extracts an evaluation value from the measurement data on the basis of a lesson type related to the user.
