PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation apparatus, an evaluation method, and an evaluation program which can improve accuracy of evaluation of an object.;SOLUTION: An evaluation apparatus 3 has a weighted value setting unit 333 for setting a weighted value of a user as to each category of an object, and an evaluation calculating unit 334 for calculating evaluation of the object. The evaluation calculating unit 334 reads out a user who evaluated the object and evaluation of the user from the object, one or more users who evaluated the object, and a user evaluation history data associated with the user evaluation which is an evaluation of the object by the user, and calculates the evaluation of the object based on the weighted value corresponding to the object set by the user and the user evaluation.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
