PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, and a device that can suppress the occurrence of troubles relating to seat status.;SOLUTION: A seat status identifying system 1 comprises: a storage part 2 for storing reservation status information 2a indicating a reservation status of a seat provided with a terminal and use status information 2b indicating a use status of the terminal provided at the seat; a photographing part 3 for acquiring photographing information 3a by photographing the seat; and a control part 4 for determining whether or not the seat is in use on the basis of a prescribed reference by analyzing the photographing information 3a, acquiring determination information 4a indicating the determination result, determining whether or not the seat satisfies a first condition 4b, a second condition 4c, and a third condition 4d on the basis of the reservation status information 2a, the use status information 2b, and the determination information 4a, identifying that a seat status 4e of the seat is occupied when it is determined that the seat does not satisfy either one of the conditions from the first condition 4b, the second condition 4c, and the third condition 4d, and thereby executing a prescribed control on the basis of the seat status 4e.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
