To perform suspicion place estimation related to a mobile communication proprietor network and a virtual mobile communication proprietor network from the log information of a terminal performing communication via the virtual mobile communication proprietor network.SOLUTION: A suspicion place estimation device includes a reception part for receiving log information generated in the Web page display process in multiple terminals, and an estimation part for estimating a suspicion place of a quality deterioration factor related to display of the Web page, based on the determination of conditions about the required times in each of multiple stages in the display process, included in multiple types of log information received by the reception part, and the determination whether the wireless quality conditions are satisfied for the wireless quality data in the display process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
