PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a fault place and a suspicious component in a short time without reference to whether an OS is actuated or not and without requiring special expertise.;SOLUTION: A configuration information acquiring function P-10 acquires configuration information on a device which controls hardware in a server. A route information table generating function P-20 generates a route table in which a route between devices, the corresponding devices, and a suspicious component to be replaced are associated with one another, on the basis of the hardware configuration information acquired by the configuration information acquiring function P-10. A route information resident monitoring function P-60 monitors occurrence of abnormality in a route between devices. Further, the route information resident monitoring function P-60 once detecting an abnormal route having occurred specifies a replacement suspicious component corresponding to the abnormal route by reference to the route table generated by the route information table generating function P-20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
