To provide a manufacturing method of a bead core which is excellent in productivity, and made of a bead wire covered with a resin material, the bead core excellent in productivity and made of the bead wire covered with the resin material, and a weight saving pneumatic tire including the bead core in the bead part.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a bead core comprises: a formation step that forms a kind or more ring forms made by winding a strip member covering one or more bead wires with coating resin twice or more; and a bonding step that bonds the ring forms in an axial direction of the ring form. A bead core is formed by bonding a kind or more ring forms made by winding the strip member covering one or more bead wires with coating resin twice or more in the axial direction of the ring form.
