PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a river monitoring system capable of easily managing maintenance and monitoring a river at a low cost.SOLUTION: The river monitoring system includes: a leveling member; a plurality of sensors; and a determination part. The leveling member is a member with scale disposed with respect to water surface. The plurality of sensors is mounted corresponding to the position of scales of the leveling member. The determination part determines a degree of risk of the river on the basis of a piece of acceleration information detected by the plurality of sensors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
