PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body potential detection device capable of detecting a potential of a skin of a human body with a high degree of precision, a spectacle type electronic apparatus, and a blink detection method and program.SOLUTION: A noise level detection part 91 detects a noise level of a potential from a right nose electrode, a left nose electrode, etc. A level adjustment part 93 adjusts the levels (gains) of a right eye potential, a left eye potential, and a glabella potential based on the noise level detected by the noise level detection part 91 so that the levels of the noise included in the right eye potential, the left eye potential, and the glabella potential are the same. A difference detection part 95 generates a difference potential between the right eye potential and the left eye potential after the level adjustment by the level adjustment part 93 as an eye potential for detection.
