A vaccine is presented for the treatment of hepatitis B based on an inactivated whole recombinant Hansenula cell that expresses HBsAg and HBcAg. HBsAgVLP and HBcAgVLP expressed in a recombinant Hansenula cell are used as antigens, the HBsAg amino acid sequence expressed by a recombinant Hansenula cell provides a total of 19 epitopes for CTL, the HBcAg amino acid sequence expressed by a recombinant Hansenula CTp cell for a total of 19 Hansenula epitopes, , and the inactivated whole recombinant Hansenula cell is used as an adjuvant.
