The notification shall cover the production of yeast biomass with a high zinc, selenium or chromium content, namely:that Yarrowia lipolytica is grown periodically in a medium containing: glycerol, favourable in concentration from 40% to 100%, ammonia water, favourable in concentration from 20% to 40%,maize starch, preferably 94% to 100%, magnesium sulphate, preferably 95% to 100% and monopotassium phosphate,favourable in concentration from 95%to 100% and metal salt selected from: sodium selenium (IV), favourable in concentration from 95% to 100%, sodium selenate (VI), favourable in concentration from 95%to 100%,chromium chloride (III), preferably in concentration from 95%to 100%, or zinc sulphate (II), preferably in concentration from 95% to 100%, the holding being kept at temperature 30oC,with pH maintained at a level of 4 to 6, preferably 5, with constant ventilation from 0,36 to 0,6 vvm and mixing with the rotating mixer at a speed of 700 to 800 rpm, for at least eight hours,and then separated the resulting biomass, preferably by centrifugation, subjected to drying to reach humidity below 5% of the water content and, where appropriate, packaged.The notification shall also include the manner in which:that the yeast strain Yarrowia lipolytica SKOTAN deposited under the Budapest Treaty in IBPRS under KKP 2018 p is grown.The product concerned is also: yeast preparation in the form of dry yeast biomass Yarrowia lipolytics enriched with zinc containing 7000 -9000 mg Zn /kg dry biomass,yeast preparation in the form of dry yeast biomass Yarrowia lipolytics enriched with chromium containing 18 -40 mg Cr /kg.The yeast preparation in the form of dry yeast biomass Yarrowia selenium -enriched lipolytics (VI) containing 50 -80 mg Se (VI)/kg.The yeast preparation in the form of dry yeast biomass Yarrowia selenium -enriched lipolytics (IV) containing 200 -270 mg Se (IV)/kg.
