HEALTH SURVEY-BASED PHYSICAL EXAMINATION BOOKING SYSTEM AND METHOD

A health survey-based physical examination booking system and method. The method comprises steps of: acquiring identity information and health information of a user; generating, according to the identity information and health information of the user, a physical examination item selection interface; acquiring physical examination items selected by the user from the physical examination item selection interface; sending the physical examination items selected by the user to a physical examination management platform; receiving available booking time information determined by the physical examination management platform according to the physical examination items selected by the user and a current booking condition of the physical examination items; generating, according to the available booking time information, a time-based booking interface, and acquiring a physical examination time selected by the user from the time-based booking interface; sending to the physical examination management platform the identity information, health information, and selected physical examination time of the user; and receiving and displaying an electronic tag of the user and a booking success message sent by the physical examination management platform. The method realizes a customized physical examination booking system and method that provide to a user, according to health information of the user, physical examination items for selection.
