HEALTH SURVEY-BASED CUSTOMIZED PHYSICAL EXAMINATION BOOKING SYSTEM AND METHOD

A health survey-based customized physical examination booking system and method. The method comprises steps of: acquiring identity information and health information of a user; generating, according to the identity information and health information of the user, a physical examination item selection interface, acquiring physical examination items selected by the user, and sending the same to a physical examination management platform; receiving, from the physical examination management platform, available booking time information to generate a time-based booking interface, and acquiring a physical examination time selected by the user; sending to the physical examination management platform the identity information, health information, and selected physical examination time of the user; receiving and displaying an electronic tag of the user and a booking success message sent by the physical examination management platform; receiving position information of departments related to the physical examination items, the position information being sent by the physical examination management platform; and generating and displaying, according to the selected physical examination items of the user and the position information of the departments related to the physical examination items, a physical examination route.
