A hydraulic steel jacking platform capable of achieving integral and local jacking of an external formwork and steel platform, comprising a climbing system (17) in a stereoscopic structure formed by sequential enclosure of a plurality of climbing form units (21), wherein a jacking system (16) formed by a plurality of abreast jacking units (20) is arranged in the stereoscopic structure; the climbing system (17) and the jacking system (16) are both capable of moving vertically; and a space for pouring of a concrete wall is formed between the climbing system (17) and the jacking system (16). The described steel platform has the advantages that connection modes are set as required by means of designing external climbing and internal jacking, which guarantees construction safety, shortens the distance from the top surface of the platform to a main working plane, improves the operating efficiency of operators going up and down, and increases the operating space, so that convenience in mounting in position is achieved, and work efficiency is increased. The hydraulic steel jacking platform is especially suitable for special buildings such as super high-rise buildings.
