A weatherproof steel platform system for integral steel platform formwork construction, comprising a steel platform (1), a rectangular track beam, several support columns (3), two telescopic protection platforms (4), a vertical-type material conveyor (5), a lifting platform (6), a lifting mechanism (7) and a horizontal-type material conveyor (8); the rectangular track beam is mounted on the steel platform (1) by means of the several support columns (3), the rectangular track beam is formed by connecting two transverse beams (21) and two longitudinal beams (22), the transverse beams (21) and the longitudinal beams (22) each comprising two I-shaped steel beams provided in parallel, the telescopic protection platforms (4) are respectively provided on the inner sides of the two transverse beams (21) or the two longitudinal beams (22), the two telescopic protection platforms (4), when extended, are able to cover the steel platform (1) below, and the two telescopic protection platforms (4), when retracted, are able to increase the exposed area of the steel platform (1), and the telescopic protection platforms (4) and the steel platform (1) can all be used for stacking materials, thus forming two layers of material stacking platforms. Also provided is a construction method for said platform system. Said platform system facilitates material stacking and conveying, and is not affected by adverse weather.
