Provided are: a hollow fiber membrane module which has excellent sealing performance and excellent workability during fitting; a fitting structure for hollow fiber membrane modules; and a wastewater treatment system. A hollow fiber membrane module 200 according to the present invention is provided with a hollow fiber membrane bundle 210, a case 220 that is provided on an end of the hollow fiber membrane bundle 210, and a sealing/affixing part 230. This hollow fiber membrane module 200 is characterized in that: at least one seal ring 240 for sealing the annular gap between the outer circumferential surface of the case 220 and the inner circumferential surface of a fitting hole 310a is fitted to the outer circumferential surface of the case 220, said seal ring 240 being formed from an elastic body; and the outer circumferential surface of the case 220 is provided with at least one lock projection 223 that is locked to a part to be locked 311 that is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the fitting hole 310a.
