ENDOPHYTIC FUNGUS OF GINKGO BILOBA AND METABOLITE PRODUCT AND APPLICATION THEREOF

An endophytic fungus of Ginkgo biloba and application thereof. The fungus is an endophytic fungus of Ginkgo biloba, Fusarium proliferatum DZHQ1, which is isolated from ginkgo bark and has antitumor activity and antibacterial activity. The colonial morphology and 18 sRNA sequencing are combined to determine the species of the strain; then, the anti-cervical cancer activity of the crude extract of the strain is detected by means of an MTT method; finally, a secondary metabolite of the strain with an inhibition ratio greater than 50% is separated by means of a semi-preparative HPLC method, which is contributive to further screening compound monomers with anti-tumor activity. The metabolite of the endophytic fungus of Ginkgo biloba shows a significant inhibitory effect in the detection of activity against Escherichia coli and/or Staphylococcus aureus.
