The present invention relates to a system and method for managing role of administrator. The system is able to classify and segregate the administrator role automatically based from answers provided by users during a self-registration process. The system registered the first user as a super administrator through the super admin module (601), drop the super admin module automatically once the super administrator successfully created (602). Others system administrator are registered as administrator through the admin module (603). The system classify types of administrator using classification module (604) where it match the answer with classification matrix table, calculating the score and identify type of administrator for the system. The system also managing access right for the administrator (605). The managing role of administrators compromises of a database where it contains information about user profile.
