The present application provides a talent database building method, comprising: acquiring a work log of an employee and a post posted by the employee on a specified forum, and separately identifying a first/second keyword therefrom to determine a first/second technical label of the employee; acquiring historical data of the employee participating in training, and using, as a third technical label of the employee, the first/second technical label contained in a training topic; calculating a union set of the first technical label, the second technical label, and the third technical label of the employee to acquire a technical label set, and separately calculating a score of each technical label in the technical label set of the employee; determining, according to the technical labels of the employee and corresponding scores thereof, a technical field and a technical level of the employee, and generating a technical label library; and building a talent database. The present application further provides an electronic device and a storage medium. In the present application, a talent database is built according to a work log, a post, and training data of an employee, thereby facilitating talent management in a company.
