According to one embodiment of the present invention, an IGBT temperature sensor correction device may comprise: an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) chip sensing a process variation; an external resistor determining a current value to be imposed on the IGBT in accordance with the process variation of the IGBT; and a driver IC correcting a sensing voltage of a temperature sensor corresponding to the determination of the current value. Moreover, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a temperature sensor correction method using the IGBT temperature sensor correction the IGBT temperature sensor may comprise the steps of: sensing the process variation; determining the current value to be imposed on the IGBT chip corresponding to the process deviation; and correcting the sensing voltage of the temperature sensor corresponding to the determination of the current value.
