The present invention relates to a shopping mall service providing apparatus supporting a predictive function, a shopping mall service providing system and method including the same, and a recording medium having a computer program stored thereon, and more specifically, to a shopping mall service providing apparatus supporting a predictive function which provides information on products associated with a product to be searched even when the product corresponding to a search word selected by a user through the predictive function is not present, thereby ensuring the reliability of a search word related to the predictive function; a shopping mall service providing system and method including the same; and a recording medium having a computer program stored thereon. The present invention does not provide a result of failed search to the user even when a product corresponding to candidate text selected by the user as a search word among at least one of pieces of candidate text provided through the predictive function in response to text input by the user on a search window for a shopping mall-related web site is not present, identifies at least one category based on keywords, corresponding to a category, of the search word, and provides, to the user, information on a product corresponding to the identified category to provide, as a search result, a product highly related to the search word selected by the user while preventing disappointment of the user resulting from the failed search, thereby improving the reliability of searching through the predictive function provided by the shopping mall service providing apparatus and convenience in searching with the predictive function.
