Provided is a chemical healing method for preventing a secondary damage of a fire damaged concrete structure. By injecting highly concentrated carbon dioxide into a crack portion of a fire damaged concrete structure for pretreatment, factors causing secondary destruction of the fire damaged concrete structure are eliminated such that expansion reaction is fundamentally suppressed. Accordingly, the fire damaged concrete can be easily repaired and reinforced. In addition, a part or a structure with a moderate fire damage can be repaired and reinforced by filling fine cracks of the fire damaged concrete only via chemical healing by using the highly concentrated carbon dioxide.
