Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a corn bread and to a corn bread manufactured by using the same. In the method for manufacturing the corn bread according to one embodiment of the present invention, corn grains incorporated into the bread include corn grains and roasted corn grains, and thus the unique texture of the corn grains as well as the roasting corn grains can be expressed, giving consumers new aesthetics.
