The present invention relates to a loess heat cooking apparatus which cooks food ingredients by a fumigation heating method using far-infrared rays to provide taste and flavor inherent in the ingredients, comprising: a heating plate unit made of a loess material for heating and cooking food ingredients; a heating unit disposed below the heating plate and receiving electric power to generate heat, and applying heat to the heating plate unit; a power supply connected to the heating unit to supply electric power; and an adiabatic support unit disposed below the heating plate unit and the heating unit to support the heating plate unit and the heating unit from below and to prevent heat generated in the heating unit from flowing out downward.
